The remote access is currently not available for serial crystallography or other non-standard experiments, e.g. those requiring temperature ramping or room temperature. Also new users (not having collected onsite before) can book the remote access and for all users we can advice over video conference.

3 3  The remote session is operated from any internet browser through the Linux remote desktop //FastX//. No software pre-installation is needed. Users receive a direct link to the remote desktop to which they connect using their DOOR credentials.
