Also new users (not having collected onsite before) can book the remote access and for all users we can advice over video conference.

3 3  The remote session is operated from any internet browser through the Linux remote desktop //FastX//. No software pre-installation is needed. Users receive a direct link to the remote desktop to which they connect using their DOOR credentials.
