Version 1.1 by longoe on 2019/11/14 14:02
The nanotomography set-up is accommodated on a 6.8 m long granite optical bench. It comprises 4 air-bearing movable sliders: two of them are equipped with six axes kinematics for the positioning of the condenser optics and of theĀ X-ray optics, one sliderĀ is the rotational stage for the sample and one slider is used for accomodating the detector.
The set-up enables full-field X-ray microscopy in absorption or phase-contrast mode, covering engineering as well as biological materials.
