Microscope Optics

The P05 EH2 microscope optics consists of the following components:

  • A changeable scintillator screen (CdWO4, LuAg)
  • An objective lens
  • Four tubus lenses for 5x, 10x, 20x and 40x magnification
  • Best achieveable spatial resolution ~900 nm, diffraction limited
