The P05 EH2 microscope optics consists of the following components:
- A changeable scintillator screen (CdWO4, LuAg)
- An objective lens
- Four tubus lenses for 5x, 10x, 20x and 40x magnification
- Best achieveable spatial resolution ~900 nm, diffraction limited
