P66 Time-resolved luminescence spectroscopy

P66 will be mostly dedicated to time resolved luminescence spectroscopy experiments.
It is located in between of the newly erected FLASH 2 Hall and PETRA III Max Von Laue Hall above the PETRA tunnel.
